ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Our products are made individually after an order is placed, and production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed.

If you need to change:

Your selected iPhone model
Product colour
Delivery address
Contact information
Any other order detail

We will attempt to make the requested change, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has started.

RETURNS

Before returning a product, contact us at info@billionaire-club.org and wait for return instructions.

Do not return products directly to:

The address displayed on the shipping label
The production facility
The fulfilment partner
The shipping carrier
Our registered business address

unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Unauthorised returns or returns sent to an incorrect address may be delayed or may not reach the appropriate facility.

SHIPPING AND FULFILMENT

Billionaire Club products are made to order and shipped directly by our third-party production and fulfilment partner, which may include Printful and its associated production and logistics providers.

For all delivery or product issues, your point of contact remains Billionaire Club.

Please do not contact the manufacturer or fulfilment provider directly regarding your order.
