Flexi-Gab d.o.o. is the operator of this website and the contractual seller of products purchased through it.

The Billionaire Club brand, website, customer service, product offering, order administration, and contractual relationship with customers are managed by Flexi-Gab d.o.o.

ECOMMERCE PLATFORM

This online store is hosted by Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to display products, process orders, operate checkout, manage customer accounts, and support payment processing.

Shopify is an independent third-party service provider and is not the seller of Billionaire Club products.

PRODUCTION AND FULFILMENT

Billionaire Club products are made to order.

Products may be manufactured, packaged, and shipped directly to customers by third-party production and fulfilment providers, including Printful and its associated production, logistics, and delivery partners.

The shipping label, parcel, or return address may display the name or address of a production facility, fulfilment provider, logistics provider, or carrier.

The involvement of a third-party production or fulfilment provider does not change the identity of the contractual seller. The customer’s purchase contract remains with Flexi-Gab d.o.o.

All order, product, shipping, return, refund, and complaint enquiries must be directed to:

Customers should not return products directly to a production or fulfilment facility unless they have received specific return instructions from Billionaire Club.

This website and the activities of Flexi-Gab d.o.o. are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
