• Product placement and print positioning may have minor production variations

• Packaging may vary depending on the production and fulfilment location

• Images may include digitally created mockups or lifestyle visualisations

• Accessories, phones, and other objects shown in product images are not included unless expressly stated

Any variation that materially affects the product’s conformity with its description will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Return & Refund Policy.

5. IPHONE COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct iPhone model before completing an order.

Product names identify the device with which the case is designed to be compatible. Compatibility with one iPhone model does not imply compatibility with another model, even where the devices appear similar.

Please verify your exact iPhone model in your device settings before ordering.

Billionaire Club is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorised by Apple Inc.

Apple and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the United States and other countries and regions.

6. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Our products may be manufactured individually after an order is placed.

Production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed. For this reason, requested changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@billionaire-club.org. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you but cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered production.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, or consumer rights available under applicable law.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products, colours, designs, and device models are subject to availability.

We may:

• Introduce or discontinue products

• Change available colours or variants

• Limit quantities

• Refuse unusually large or suspicious orders

• Correct product information or pricing errors

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you and offer an appropriate alternative or refund the affected item.

We are not required to accept an order for a product that was displayed with an obvious pricing or technical error.

8. PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed, or refused, additional production or shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the customer or a third party designated by the customer physically receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
